Alpkit blog post for the ‘Treasured Moments’ section of their website

Alpkit, a well-known outdoor clothing and equipment brand in the UK, approached me to write a ‘treasured moment’ article for their website.

I had lots of fun putting together a story about bike packing in the Outer Hebrides. The post is specifically about finding the best beach in the world, but has a twist.

The Net Zero Accelerator - case studies and blog content

When The Business Village in Barnsley successfully won a funded contract to help local businesses with their net zero ambitions, I was invited to pitch for work to write marketing content. The project entailed 8 case studies (interviewing businesses about the changes they’d made towards net zero) and 4 blog posts sharing practical net zero information for business owners interested in getting started on net zero. The final content was also repurposed for social media and press releases, and the project won an FSB Local Government Award.
